Chief Operating Officer

Carlos Malliaroudakis, a Greek citizen born in Lebanon, embarked on his hospitality career in 1988. With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Carlos has developed a distinguished career, primarily within the luxury hotel sector. His extensive tenure includes over 21 years with IHG (InterContinental Hotel Group), 5 years with Accor, 3 years with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, and 7 years in privately owned hotels, operating in seven different countries: Greece, Lebanon, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, and Malta.
Carlos’s journey with IHG began in 2000 at the InterContinental Mzaar, the first ski resort for the hotel chain worldwide. His career with IHG flourished, with roles such as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Lebanon at the prestigious InterContinental Phoenicia, Executive Assistant Manager at InterContinental Aqaba Resort, Hotel Manager at InterContinental Doha, and Area General Manager for IHG Kuwait. He later served as General Manager at the iconic InterContinental Jordan, often referred to as the “La Grande Dame of Amman,” and Cluster General Manager for the InterContinental Malta, overseeing several properties including InterContinental Malta, Holiday Inn Express Malta, and Diamond Resort.
In 2021, Carlos ventured into entrepreneurship by creating a boutique hotel concept called “Local Living,” reflecting his passion for personalized, culturally immersive guest experiences.
In 2023, he returned to Greece to assume the position of General Manager at the Athens Marriott.
In January 2024, Carlos took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Hotel Leading, bringing his wealth of expertise to this new challenge.
Carlos’s leadership has earned him numerous accolades throughout his career. In 2009, he was named General Manager of the Year for IHG Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In 2016, his hotel received the Earth Award for environmental sustainability at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation.
A respected figure in the hospitality world, Carlos holds the title of “Officier Maître Hôtelier” as a distinguished member of the “Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.”
Beyond his professional achievements, Carlos is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of hospitality leaders. He has served as an assessor and facilitator for IHG’s Future General Manager’s program across various development centres in the UAE, Singapore, India, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Fluent in four languages — Arabic, French, English, and Greek — Carlos is a true global citizen. His dedication to education is evident in his role as a member of the Board of Governors at the International Community School (ICS) in Amman, Jordan, where he has served in a voluntary capacity, supporting the non-profit institution’s mission.
Carlos has been married for 32 years to Lina, a professional in the field of education. Together, they have three daughters, with whom they share a love for travel, culture, and adventure.
Labros Tsiledakis
Chief Business Officer

Labros Tsiledakis is a dynamic business leader based in Greece, with over 14 years of extensive experience in hospitality management, construction project oversight, and entrepreneurship. With a proven track record in strategic planning, operational excellence, and business development, Labros has successfully launched and scaled ventures in both the hotel and construction industries.
Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer of the Tsiledakis Group, Labros has been instrumental in spearheading strategic initiatives and driving business growth through innovative strategies and partnerships since 2022. Prior to this role, he was Cluster Hotel General Manager from 2015 to 2022, where he oversaw the operations of multiple hotel properties, significantly enhancing guest satisfaction and profitability. His efforts in implementing performance improvement strategies led to a notable increase in revenue.
In addition to his role in hospitality, Labros has been a Construction Project Manager since 2014, managing large-scale hotel construction projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. From 2010 to 2015, he also served as the Human Resources Director for the Tsiledakis Group, where he established the HR department and implemented effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Labros is also a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of several ventures, including Hotel Leading IKE, a hotel management and development firm launched in 2023, Properties Plus IKE, focusing on hotel ownership and operations, Project Plus IKE, which provides technical and construction services, and L.N.G Services E.E., an investment and portfolio management company concentrating on hospitality, healthcare, and energy sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of East London, UK, graduating in 2012. Fluent in Greek, English, and German, Labros combines his diverse skill set and international experience to continue making impactful contributions to the business landscape in Greece and beyond.
